Frozen Cauliflower

So I have a ton of cauliflower from my CSA. Despite our valiant efforts to finish it off in the last 5 days, I still have a head and a half left so I am going to experiment with making frozen microwavable cauliflower.

I blanched it, dried it and bagged it. We'll see how the reheated version goes. But not for a while. I am sick of cauliflower.
